Fast, Efficient Service - Deliveries
Many products in this website are available from stock and these will be delivered to you in 2-3 working days for all orders received before 12 noon to most mainland UK addresses excluding the following locations: FK18, FK19, HS(all), IM(all), IV(all), KA (all) KW(all), PA20-88, PH17-50, PO30-40, TR21-25, ZE1-3 and any non-mainland UK address. Deliveries to these excluded locations will cost more and take longer, IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY TO THESE LOCATIONS please call us for a price and delivery times on 01787 379828 please do not book on-line.
Next Day Delivery
If you require next day delivery, Saturday delivery or delivery before 10.00am or 12 noon then we can arrange this for an extra charge if you place your order before 11.00am by phone, please call us for a price and delivery times on 01787 379828. Please remember that it is not possible to give a 100% guarantee of an on time deliivery, the best we can obain from any UK carrier is 98%.
Delivery Delays
During special times of year such as Christmas, New Year and during transport disruption such as adverse weather, strikes, fuel shortages, congestion etc. deliveries will inevitably take longer. All we can guarantee is that we have loaded your order onto the lorry on time (assuming it arrives), we can provide tracking numbers so you can see on the delivery company’s website the status of your delivery.
Refund Policy
If you are in mainland UK and if you find a fault with your product you can return it immediately for repair , if we cannot repair it we will give you a replacement, if no replacement is available we will give you a full refund (excluding delivery charges). If you are returning it because it is not what you want for some reason then, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods less a re-stocking charge and the delivery charge. The restocking charge will be dependent on the re-stocking charge charged to us by the manufacturers, it is typically 8-10 GBP or 15% of the value of the goods costing less than 20.00 GBP.
If you are not in mainland UK the cost of collection and reshipping often nearly as much as or even exceeds the cost of the table and for this reason we are unable to provide the same level of support. For these customers whose table is damaged and still usable we are happy to offer a discount off the price.
Special Instructions
Many customers ask us for special instructions to be conveyed to the delivery driver eg asking him to call before delivery or to leave goods in specific places if out etc. We can put these instructions on our on-line shipping booking form but we cannot guarantee that the driver will comply with the instructions, they are not obliged to do so, all they are obliged to do is to deliver the goods on time and get a signature from the recipient. We can only guarantee that we have made the booking correctly and that we have loaded the goods onto the carrier’s van on time, we have no control over the internal operations of another company’s organisation.
What if you are not in when the delivery is attempted?
If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the goods will not be left, a signature is required. It is the only way we can guarantee that the goods have been delivered. If out the driver will leave a card and attempt once (sometimes twice) more to deliver the goods. If you are out for the subsequent attempts the goods will be retained at the delivery company’s depot for about 2 days awaiting your call. If you do not call the goods will be returned to us, this incurs a return delivery charge of £14-20 per package to us. If you subsequently call us requesting the goods you will be charged the return delivery charge plus a new delivery charge.
Out of Stock Items
If a product is temporarily out of stock we will send you an e-mail or call you to advise you of the approximate delivery time. We will also offer you an opportunity to cancel or your order or to amend your order with an alternative product.
Damage in Transit & Receiving Goods
Our carriers insist that the goods supplied by us are inspected prior to signing the acceptance note presented by the driver. Signing this note indicates that they have been received in perfect condition. Signing for a delivery means that you will not be able to make a subsequent claim for goods damaged in transit. If you find a fault or if you do not have time to sign the delivery driver’s note or if you have someone else receiving the goods for you, write ‘DAMAGED’ on the driver’s note. All tables are inspected at our factory before dispatch are are shipped undamaged.
Claims for damage MUST BE received within 7 days of receipt of your goods, the carriers will not accept any claims after this.
During transit it is to be expected that occasionally a screw or fastening will shake loose, we would reasonably expect that the recipient would be able to effect such a minor repair themselves, we regret that we cannot give refunds for minor defects such as this. We will be very happy to provide telephone assistance if required.

Many of our larger customers will want to buy a large number of Tables in a single drop or scheduled over a year. For these customers we can tailor a special price and delivery package for you.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
FOLDING TABLES UK Ltd("FOLDING TABLES UK") warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a Folding Tables UK-authorised reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for two years after date of purchase. Folding Tables UK reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged Folding Tables UK product, and all costs of shipping the Folding Tables UK product to Folding Tables UK for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim to Folding Tables UK within 7 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, warranty card registration, on-line registration, or other documentation Folding Tables UK deems acceptable) for the product. FOLDING TABLES UK, at its option, shall repair, refund or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the equipment specified on the product box.
